Calcutta High Court while observing that Chemical Examination Report is the most vital piece of evidence in NDPS Case and therefore can’t be filed through supplementary charge-sheet as Lab Report forms the fulcrum of the charge-sheet on which the Trial Court is to take cognizance of the offence.
