SC Transfers CBI Cases Related to Sexual Violence Cases During Manipur Ethnic Violence, to Assam - (25 Aug 2023)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has transferred sexual violence cases related to Manipur ethnic violence, which had been transferred to CBI, to Assam due to overall security concerns and need for ensuring a fair process of criminal justice administration.
