Del. HC: Being Subjected to Constant Threat of Being Summoned by Police Amounts to Cruelty - (24 Aug 2023)

Delhi High Court while granting divorce to a man on ground of cruelty by wife, has observed that it is a source of mental harassment each time a person is required to visit Police Station, not knowing when a case would be registered against him or would be arrested, and the same amounts to cruelty.
