Bom. HC: Municipal Commissioner Must Provide Spaces for Burials in Cemeteries in Mumbai - (23 Aug 2023)

Bombay High Court while expressing concern over shrinking space for burials in cemeteries in Mumbai, has observed that it is the duty of Municipal Commissioner & State to provide such spaces.
