Del. HC to District Courts: Adopt Standardized Online Filing System - (23 Aug 2023)

Delhi High Court has directed District Courts in the State to adopt a standardized online filing system for pleadings, documents, and miscellaneous applications and also issued various directions which must be followed till appropriate Rules are formulated.
