SC: Woman is the Ultimate Decision Maker on Abortion - (22 Aug 2023)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Supreme Court while observing that right of dignity entails recognising authority of every woman to take reproductive decisions, including the decision to terminate the pregnancy, has held that every woman has right to make reproductive choices without undue interference from the state.
