All. HC: Can’t Direct Eviction under Senior Citizen Act at the Mere Instance of Senior Citizens - (22 Aug 2023)

Allahabad High Court while observing that right to eviction under Senior Citizen Act, 2007 is the last step, where authority finds that the need of a senior citizen is not being fulfilled, has held that Tribunal can’t direct eviction simplicitor from the property at the instance of senior citizens.
