SC: No Application of Principle of ‘Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus’ in India - (21 Aug 2023)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has observed that principle governing “Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus” has got no application to the courts in India, and therefore it is the duty of the Court to remove the chaff from the grain in its pursuit for truth.
