SC to CIC/SICs: Ensure Mandate of Section 4 of RTI Act is Followed by Public Authorities - (21 Aug 2023)

RIGHT TO INFORMATION

Supreme Court has directed Central Information Commission and State Information Commissions to ensure that the Public Authorities fulfill their co-relative duty in the form of obligation as enshrined under Section 4 of Right to Information Act.
