All. HC: Railway Claim Tribunal has Power to Condone Delay U/S 5 of Limitation Act - (18 Aug 2023)

LIMITATION

Allahabad High Court has held that if sufficient cause is made out, Railway Claim Tribunal has power to condone the delay under section 5 of the Limitation Act and liberal approach has to be adopted by the Tribunal.
