SC Rules, In Case of Heinous Crime, Onus Is on 'Juveniles' to Prove They're Under 18 - (13 May 2016)

SC has ruled that a juvenile accused of heinous crime would be tried as an adult if the court found documents produced to support that he/she was below 18 years when the offence was committed turned out to be unreliable.
