Raj. HC: Chest Measurement Criterion for Women in Recruitment is Arbitrary and Outrageous - (16 Aug 2023)

Rajasthan High Court has held that chest measurement as a criterion for female candidates, is absolutely arbitrary, rather outrageous and it is a clear dent on a lady’s dignity and right of privacy guaranteed under Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.
