Del. HC: Can’t Tamper with Internal Timeline for Inspection of a Medical College - (16 Aug 2023)

EDUCATION

Delhi High Court while observing that the stage of inspection for a medical college is perhaps the most important stage, has held that to allow internal timeline for inspection to be tampered with would have the undesired consequence education the medical professionals of this country receive.
