SC: Court Can’t Frame ‘One Size Fits All’ Direction for Page Limit on Petition - (16 Aug 2023)

Supreme Court while disposing of a PIL has observed that while the concern of the petitioner on the need for page limits on petitions in Court is laudable, it might be difficult for the Court to frame a ‘one size fits all’ direction.
