Kar. HC: Minimum Sentence U/S 135 of Electricity Act Can’t be Less Than 3 Times the Financial Gain - (14 Aug 2023)

Karnataka High Court has observed that minimum sentence under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for the first conviction cannot be less than three times the financial gain.
