Mad. HC: Employees Have a Right to Vent - (14 Aug 2023)

Madras High Court has observed that employees have a right to vent and action can’t be taken against them for posting a message in a WhatsApp group chat expressing critical views against the management as it is natural for employees to nurture a sense of grievance against them.
