All. HC: False POCSO/SC-ST Cases Being Filed to Claim Money from the State - (11 Aug 2023)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court has observed that certain false FIR under the POCSO as well as SC/ST Act are being lodged against innocent persons ruining their image in the society just for taking money from the State, and Governments should become sensitive to this grave issue.
