SC Issues Directions to Ensure the Fairness of the Investigation in Manipur Violence Case - (11 Aug 2023)

Supreme Court while issuing directions in the Manipur violence case to ensure fair investigation has directed that SIT should not consist exclusively of members belonging to either one of the communities involved in the clashes.
