Cal. HC to Centre: Probe Fraud Committed by Railways to Obtain Favorable Award - (09 Aug 2023)

ARBITRATION

Calcutta High Court while unconditionally stayed an arbitral award granted in favour of South Eastern Railways on ground of fraud perpetrated by collusion between the parties in obtaining the award, has directed probe into the matter by a high-level committee of Ministry of Finance.
