Ker. HC: Can’t Discriminate Against Students for Availing Student Concession Rate While Boarding Bus - (08 Aug 2023)

Kerala High Court has held that as long as student concessions are in force, owners and employees of a bus cannot take a discriminative stand against the students while boarding buses, only because they are paying the concession rate.
