Ker. HC to State: Constitute Committee to Examine Requests for Sex-Selective Surgeries - (08 Aug 2023)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Kerala High Court has directed State government to constitute a State Level Multidisciplinary Committee consisting of experts to examine requests for performing sex-selective surgeries on intersex children.
