Cal. HC Dismisses PIL Seeking Implementation of PoSH Act within the Calcutta High Court - (08 Aug 2023)

CRIMINAL

Calcutta High Court while terming the PIL as ‘absolutely premature’ has dismissed the plea seeking strict implementation of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (PoSH Act) within the Calcutta High Court.
