UK HC: Academic Council Can’t Delegate Their Core Function to Another Committee - (07 Aug 2023)

Uttarakhand High Court has observed that academic policies including determination of eligibility, qualifications, and equivalence of a particular subject with another can only be decided by Academic Council, and that the Council has no power to delegate their core function to another Committee.
