SC Dismisses Senthil Balaji's Plea Challenging ED Custody in PMLA Case - (07 Aug 2023)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has dismissed plea filed by Tamil Nadu Minister Senthil Balaji challenging the custody by the Enforcement Directorate in the money laundering case, and observed that writ of habeas corpus was not maintainable against the arrest by ED.
