Ker. HC: Subsequent Bail Plea Can be Filed When there is Substantial Change in Facts & Circumstances - (03 Aug 2023)

CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court has observed that subsequent application for pre-arrest bail can be entertained only if there is a substantial change in facts and circumstances of the case, which requires earlier view be interfered with or where, earlier finding has become obsolete.
