Ker. HC: State Must Formulate Victim Compensation Scheme for Victims of Sexual Offences under POCSO - (03 Aug 2023)

CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court has observed that State must formulate a victim compensation scheme specifically for POCSO victims or to make necessary amendments in the existing Kerala Victim Compensation Scheme, 2017 incorporating a separate Schedule applicable to sexual offence victims under POCSO Act.
