All. HC: Can’t Refuse Anticipatory Bail Merely Over Non-Payment of Money Under a Contract - (03 Aug 2023)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court while observing that it is becoming a general practice to set criminal law into motion for putting pressure on parties to commercial transactions, has held that mere non-payment of money paid under a contract can’t be a ground for rejection of anticipatory bail application.
