SC: Res Judicata Applicable Only on Fundamental Determinations and not Incidental Findings - (03 Aug 2023)

Supreme Court has held that only determinations which are fundamental would result in the application of the doctrine of res judicata, and no incidental, supplemental or non-essential observations would tie down the hands of courts in future.
