SC: Can’t Transfer Every Case of Improper Investigation to CBI - (02 Aug 2023)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court while dismissing an SLP for transfer of an investigation to CBI for fair investigation, has observed that very case of improper investigation cannot be transferred to CBI.
