Kar. HC: Second Stint of Police Custody Not Allowed - (01 Aug 2023)

Karnataka High Court while relying on CBI v. Anupam J. Kulkarni (MANU/SC/0335/1992), has held illegal, a second stint of Police custody for interrogation when the accused had been in judicial custody for a long time.
