Ker. HC: Multiplier Method for Compensation Applicable to Cases of Serious Injuries - (01 Aug 2023)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Kerala High Court has held that the multiplier method as laid down in Sarla Verma v. Delhi Transport Corporation (MANU/SC/0606/2009) by the Apex Court, shall be applicable not only in the cases of motor accident deaths but also to serious injuries.
