SC: Mere Holding of Literatures Through Which Violent Acts May be Propagated Wouldn’t Attract UAPA - (31 Jul 2023)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court while observing that Mere holding of certain literatures through which violent acts may be propagated would not ipso facto attract the provisions of Section 15(1)(b) of UAPA, has granted bail to Bhima Koregaon - accused Vernon Gonsalves and Arun Ferreira.
