Telangana HC: State Must Have a Litigation Policy - (28 Jul 2023)

Telangana High Court while observing that State cannot be the biggest litigant and that State also has a stake in the Justice Administration System, has stated that State needs to have a ‘Litigation Policy’ that aims at reducing litigation.
