Delhi HC: Outright Ban on the Sale of Acid may not be the Most Appropriate Approach - (28 Jul 2023)

Delhi High Court while observing that outright ban on the sale of acid may not be the most appropriate approach, has directed State government to focus on stringent implementation of the existing rules and regulations governing the sale of acid.
