Kar. HC: Family Courts Must Decide Divorce Cases Within One Year - (27 Jul 2023)

Karnataka High Court while observing that matrimonial causes should be tried & disposed off on a war footing, at least as a concession to the shortness of human life, has held that Family Courts must decide cases for the dissolution/nullity of marriage, within one year.
