Del HC: Can’t Allow Person Supplying Rotten Chana in Mid Day Meal to Continue Under PM-POSHAN Scheme - (27 Jul 2023)

Delhi High Court has stated that a person who indulged in supply of rotten chana in mid-day meals cannot be permitted to continue to supply food items under the PM-POSHAN scheme as such incidents bring a bad name to a noble cause that has been initiated by the Union Government.
