SC: Can’t De-Seal Property Sealed by Cantonment Board Without the Sanction of Buidling Plan by Board - (27 Jul 2023)

Supreme Court has held that petitioner is not legally entitled to seek a prayer of de-sealing of unauthorized property which is sealed by the Cantonment Board if the building plan has not been sanctioned by the Cantonment.
