Del. HC: Can’t Seek Review of S.11 Petition Order on Subsequent Decision - (26 Jul 2023)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has held that on the basis of Supreme Court decision in N.N. Global Mercantile (P) Ltd. vs Indo Unique Flame Ltd. (MANU/SC/0445/2023), a review of the court’s order allowing petition under Section 11 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 cannot be sought.
