JKL HC: S.34 of SARFAESI Act Created Bar on Grant of Injunction for Actions Taken Under the Act - (26 Jul 2023)

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that Section 34 of SARFAESI Act creates a bar and provides that no injunction shall be granted by any court or other authority in respect of any action taken or to be taken in pursuance of any power conferred by or under the Act.
