SC: Settlement Between Union & Employer Wouldn’t Override Model Standing Orders - (26 Jul 2023)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has held that employer and employee union cannot enter into a contract overriding the statutory contract embodied in the certified Standing Orders unless the contract is more beneficial to the employees.
