Calcutta High Court Lifts Ban Imposed on Auroma Coke Ltd. From Taking Part in Auctions - (25 Jul 2023)

Calcutta High Court has allowed a writ petition filed for the lifting of a ban imposed on Auroma Coke Ltd. from taking part in the Non-regulated Sector (“NRS”) Linkage auctions organised by Coal India Limited (“CIL”).
