SC Restores Petition in Gauhati HC Which Challenges Sub-classification Within STs in Mizoram - (25 Jul 2023)

CONSTITUTION

Supreme Court while setting aside the Gauhati High Court order dismissing petition filed for challenging the sub-classification within the Scheduled Tribes in Mizoram has restored the petition to the High Court.
