Delhi HC: PayPal Obliged to Comply with Reporting Entity Obligations as Provided Under PMLA - (25 Jul 2023)

Delhi High Court has held that payment platform PayPal is liable to be viewed as a “payment system operator” and thus, obliged to comply with reporting entity obligations as provided under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA).
