JKL HC: Juvenile Justice Board has all the Trappings of a Criminal Court - (24 Jul 2023)

CIVIL

Jammu & Kashmir High Court has held that Juvenile Justice Board has all the trappings of a Criminal Court, and therefore proceedings pending before the board shall attract the provisions under Section 6(2)(f) of the Passport Act.
