Del. HC: BCI Must Frame Ethical Code for Self-Represented Litigants - (21 Jul 2023)

Delhi High Court has stated that Bar Council of India (BCI) need to frame some guidelines for establishment of ethical code for self-represented litigants, so as to minimize the flow of frivolous litigation, and thus reduce the burden of Courts.
