SC: Practice of Securing Presence of Officer Should Not be Adopted as a Routine - (21 Jul 2023)

Supreme Court has observed that there is no doubt that the Court would be justified in securing the presence of the officers if there is a patent disregard and disobedience to the directions issued by the Court, however such a practice should not be adopted as a routine.
