Kar. HC: Right to Associate and Association are Constitutionally Guaranteed - (19 Jul 2023)

Karnataka High Court while observing that Right to associate and association are constitutionally guaranteed, has held that people gathering to pay homage to death of innocents is long tradition and the only requirement is that they have to ensure that no untoward incident would happen.
