Del HC Sets Aside Arrest Warrant Issued in a Maintenance Case Against Man with Bipolar Disorder - (18 Jul 2023)

Delhi High Court while observing that Section 105 of Mental Healthcare Act, 2017 is mandatory in nature, has set aside an arrest warrant issued in a maintenance case against a man, who said he is suffering from Bipolar Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Depression.
