Delhi HC: Patents Act will override the Competition Act - (14 Jul 2023)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court has held that Patents Act, 1970 must prevail over the Competition Act, 2022 on the issue of exercise of rights by a patentee under the Patents Act.
