Kar HC: No Reason why Able Bodied Person Shouldn’t be Bound to Maintain Dependant Mother - (14 Jul 2023)

Karnataka High Court has observed that if an able-bodied person is bound to maintain his dependent wife, there is no reason why such a rule should not apply when it comes to the case of a dependant mother.
